If you are like me and "all about" true crime then you know of the crimes that put Charles Manson in prison. You will also know, especially if you have ever seen an interview Manson has given in prison, that technically he did not murder anyone as he is fast and ready to point that out to everyone. It was the prosecutions theory that Manson had brainwashed the young adults who seemingly idolized him and he had convinced them to commit murder on his behalf. I think most people agree that Charles Manson was, and seems to continue to be, evil. The only reason that he is still alive, although in prison, is simply because after he was sentenced to death the Supreme Court decided it was unconstitutional and his sentence was converted to life in prison.
