If you are a regular reader of my blog you know that I do not always agree with a verdict that a jury renders and I am very open about my feelings in cases in which I just cannot be certain. Then there are the cases that I can say I am not sure the evidence is there but my "Spidey Sense" as I call it, tells me something. This case falls into the latter category. In June of 2012, 42 year old Wisconsin resident, Eric Koula was found guilty in the murders of his parents, Dennis and Merna, in May of 2010 as well as a charge of forgery resulting from Eric signing his father's name to a $50,000 that was cashed the day after it is believed that his parents were murdered. Few, including Eric it seems, will argue that much of what convicted him was his own behavior throughout the case.
