I know that this case is not one that really fits in the the narrative of cases that I blog about here and some would say that being that this was a civil case it is not a true crime case. I would agree obviously that this was a civil case but I disagree with those who would say that there was not a crime here. I have decided to do this case, not just because I do absolutely believe there was a crime committed here, several if you want to get technical, even if they do not rise to the level the readers here are used to, but also because I think the underlying message in this case is important.
